Lost, Stolen, or Damaged:

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely and securely, Bags-Ahoy.com is not responsible for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. In the event that your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Before you file a claim, we suggest that you keep all of the packaging and broken items. This will help you get the best result.
