Return Policy

At Bags Ahoy, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, the customer must submit a request to info@bags-ahoy.com within 10 days of receiving the item, and all items must be returned within 30 days. The item must be in its original packaging, be unused, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of the sale price. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund within seven business days.

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at info@bags-ahoy.com for the return address. Please note that exchanges are based on the availability of the product and may be subject to additional shipping fees.
